System configuration and customization of IBM Maximo DESCRIPTION At GP DIGITAL, we are looking for a candidate for an important PUBLIC ENTITY ### **IBM Maximo Technical Consultant** An IBM Maximo implementation project where your analysis will have real impact on processes and business. A key role as Senior Functional Analyst in an Agile environment, collaborating with business stakeholders and the technical team. ### **Conditions** * **Modality:** **Remote** (occasional meetings at offices in Barcelona, Reus, or Valencia) * **Location:** Barcelona / Reus / Valencia * **Schedule:** Full-time (standard office hours) ### **Your Responsibilities** * **System configuration and customization**, adapting Application Designer to modify screens, forms, and workflows, as well as configuring menus, fields, relationships, and custom attributes. * **Creation and modification of Automation Scripts** (Python, JavaScript, or Jython) to automate processes. * **Development of integrations with external systems** (ERP, GIS, SCADA, IoT) using the **Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)**, including endpoint configuration, REST/SOAP services, data adapters, as well as development of data transformations and validations for information exchange. * Development of business logic by programming in Java to extend core Maximo functionalities, creating custom classes, validators, and event listeners, and implementing customer-specific business rules. * Knowledge and use of **MBO (Maximo Business Object)**. * **Workflow configuration**, designing and programming workflows for maintenance, procurement, and asset management processes, as well as configuring roles, approvals, and automatic notifications. * Execution of **unit and functional testing** of developments, debugging errors in scripts, integrations, and configurations, and documenting incidents and solutions. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * **3\-6 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.** * Experience working with **IBM Maximo** (configuration, implementation, and usage). * **Functional and technical experience with MAXIMO versions (7\.6\.X, MAS, etc.)** * Experience in requirements analysis and functional documentation. * Analytical ability and capacity to structure information. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Residence in SPAIN \>\> client office visits required * Experience with **MIF and REST/SOAP integrations. Advanced SQL.
