MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and supervise the proper execution of construction works, ensuring availability of the material resources, machinery, and personnel specified by the Site Manager (JO). * Carry out monthly measurement of completed works. * Monitor the project’s time schedule, ensuring adherence to planned deadlines, quality standards, and budget. * Ensure implementation and compliance with occupational health and safety measures, in coordination with the Safety Technician, to guarantee execution of the Health and Safety Plan. * Supervise the workforce, including both direct company staff and subcontractors, to ensure achievement of objectives. * Monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of the works.
