DESCRIPTION ### **What we're looking for...** A **UX Lead** with experience defining user experience strategy for complex digital products and collaborating with product, technology, research, and design teams. We seek someone capable of connecting business goals, user needs, and product decisions; influencing senior stakeholders; and defining a clear UX direction. This role combines strategic vision, leadership, and the ability to dive into execution when required by the project. ### **Specifically, here's what you'll do:** * Define the UX strategy and roadmap, aligning business objectives, user insights, and product priorities. * Represent UX in key conversations with product and technology teams, facilitating discovery, ideation, and alignment sessions. * Define scope, activities, deliverables, and estimates, guiding research and interaction design work. * Translate needs into user journeys, UX requirements, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria. * Participate in research, prototyping, or validation as needed, and review solution quality, usability, accessibility, and consistency. * Ensure proper application of the design system and support work through to implementation. ### **To succeed, you’ll need experience in...** * UX strategy and leading product or design teams. * B2B, enterprise, or complex workflow digital products. * Managing and influencing senior stakeholders. * Discovery, workshop facilitation, roadmap definition, and UX planning. * Research, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems. * Working in Agile or SAFe environments. * High-level English in an international professional setting. ### **It would also be great if you had experience in...** * Healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or regulated environments. * Designing connected experiences across multiple products or platforms. * Defining experience and impact metrics. * Maintaining hands-on involvement within a leadership role.  ### ### **At Garaje, we value people who…** Take pride in their work, give their best, always have fun, are courageous and take risks, learn from mistakes, and love what they do.
