Specifically, you’ll handle commercial planning, stock management, sales, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures, and maintaining product visual impact. You’ll also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When needed, you’ll support the checkout area, ensuring all our customers enjoy an excellent experience. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work and develop people’s talent.
