A leading company in the manufacturing sector is looking to hire an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong professional growth potential. ### **Requirements** Technical competencies: Diagnosis and analysis of failures in industrial equipment. Execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. Use of manual, electric, and specialized tools and equipment. Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and manuals. Spare parts and tool management. Strict adherence to industrial safety regulations. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Knowledge of computer tools and SCADA systems. Interpersonal skills: Collaborative work with operators, supervisors, and external companies. Clear and effective communication, especially in critical situations. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing environments. Responsibility and reliability. Autonomy and proactivity. Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. Organization and planning skills. Adaptability and a mindset of continuous learning. Required education: Vocational training programs in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electromechanical, electronics, or industrial automation. Training in basic safety, forklift operation, aerial work platforms, and working at height. Additional training in preventive maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, automated systems, and electrical systems is highly valued. Basic level of English.
