We are currently seeking a Coordinator whose mission will be to ensure the smooth operation of the assigned delegation by supervising the commercial area. **Responsibilities** * Leads the commercial team. * Acquires, negotiates, and closes deals with new clients. * Identifies and acquires major clients in collaboration with the Commercial Director. * Leads the team to achieve the sales targets of their delegation. * Coordinates and motivates the entire team under their supervision. * Organizes team meetings on a weekly basis or whenever necessary to ensure proper communication and tracking of objectives.
