




Job Summary: Production operator in the meat industry, handling meat, preparing products, and operating machinery under strict safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are seeking a production operator for the meat industry. Main duties include handling meat for cutting, deboning, or sorting pieces. The role also involves preparing products for subsequent packaging or processing, as well as operating production machinery under strict safety standards. Additionally, the operator will perform visual quality checks to ensure products are free from defects or anomalies. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area is essential, in compliance with food hygiene regulations. Production and traceability data will be recorded, and food safety and occupational risk prevention protocols will be implemented. The operator will collaborate in warehouse management, including loading, unloading, and storage in refrigerated chambers. Correct labeling and condition of packaging will be verified, and any incidents or deviations detected during the process will be reported. The contract is temporary, full-time (40 hours per week), scheduled across rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Sunday, with legally mandated rest periods. * Proven experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible and versatile individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent.
