Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for cleaning and facility maintenance tasks, with experience in using tools and chemical products. Key Points: 1. Part-time schedule from Monday to Friday 2. Preference given to candidates with disabilities We are seeking personnel to perform cleaning tasks at facilities and various establishments located in Abanto and Ciervana\-Abanto Zierb. The primary responsibility is to maintain floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in good condition, using both manual tools and simple electromechanical equipment. Prior experience in building, premises, or common area maintenance is recommended, as well as basic knowledge of chemical products and supplies required for daily work. The offered contract is permanent with a part-time work schedule. Working hours are set from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00\. Candidates holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher, or those with an IPT (Individual Placement and Support) certification, are especially encouraged to join our team.
