For new projects in the Building sector, we are seeking a **SENIOR ARCHITECT - PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT**, reporting to management. Location: **Burgos** **Responsibilities** * + Main responsibility will be the development of Preliminary Studies, Basic Projects and Execution Projects for Residential, Hotel and Commercial buildings. + Will participate in project development across all phases. **Requirements** * + Degree in Architecture + Proven experience of at least 5 years in building design and construction management **Competencies** * + Specific training in Architecture + Advanced technological skills in BIM, AI, etc. + Solid proven experience in REVIT + Knowledge of other BIM design software and Microsoft Project will be valued + Additional knowledge in architecture, construction, MEP and structural engineering will be considered an advantage + Methodical, proactive person with empathetic personality + Leadership skills and strong organizational ability **Languages** * + English proficiency: B2\-C1 **Work Location** * + Burgos **What we offer** * + Immediate incorporation + Long-term project + Company and project in clear expansion and growth + We are looking for architecture enthusiasts eager to grow professionally.
