Job Summary: We are seeking a road transport coordinator with experience in operational logistics to manage routes, communications with carriers, suppliers and customers, and resolve incidents. Identification and resolution of operational incidents We are looking for a candidate with experience in operational logistics, transit, or transport coordination for a position in Santa Coloma de Queralt, Tarragona. This role is essential to ensure that volumes, deadlines, and service levels are met on road transport routes—both with suppliers, primarily from France, and with customers in Catalonia and the rest of Spain. Main responsibilities include daily management of communication with carriers regarding availability and tracking; coordination with suppliers and customers concerning loads and deliveries; and verification of correct allocation of operations to contracts. The role also involves monitoring served volume against pending volume and alerting potential deviations. It will be necessary to identify, prioritize, and resolve operational incidents, proposing alternatives to minimize impact on service and costs. Proficiency in Excel and digital tools, ability to manage multiple shipments, and basic knowledge of logistics documentation are valued. Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and French is required. A permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week) with flexible working hours is offered.
