At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future—and the future of the rest of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your primary responsibility will be manufacturing CBT (Low Voltage Switchboards) across the full product range (Urban, Compact, Smart), with or without Supervision. To achieve this, you must assume responsibility for the following tasks: **Responsibilities:** * Follow established procedures and regulations, ensuring adherence to the assigned daily schedule according to required quality, safety, and documentation process standards and criteria. * Resolve any issues arising at your workstation and comply with internal regulations, such as scheduled working hours and breaks, as well as instructions and orders from the Liaison. * Perform job-specific duties according to the standard process sheet: * Assemble and integrate various components of Ormazabal’s Low Voltage Switchboards. * Conduct corresponding tests and operations. * Ensure proper traceability registration for manufactured equipment. * Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks (cleaning and compliance with cell usage rules) and corrective maintenance (inspecting the installation to identify faults and complying with cell usage rules). * Collaborate in autonomous cell management, propose improvements, and participate actively. * Ensure solution dispatch in accordance with customer requirements (technical and commercial documentation, identification, accessory arrangement, packaging, etc.). * Proactively pursue your own versatility by demonstrating willingness toward training programs deemed necessary or appropriate by the Organization (both within and outside your production area). * Promote teamwork through collaboration and support for colleagues and supervisors. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Qualification obtained **less than 3 years ago.** + Intermediate Vocational Training in Electrical and Automatic Installations. + Intermediate Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance. + Higher Vocational Training in Electrotechnical and Automated Systems. + Higher Vocational Training in Renewable Energies. + Higher Vocational Training in Industrial Automation and Robotics. + Higher Vocational Training in Electronic Maintenance. + Higher Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics. + Professional Certification in Auxiliary Operations for Assembly and Maintenance of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (ELEQ0111\). * **Knowledge:** Electrical schematics, manufacturing processes * **Competencies:** + Attention to detail: Focus carefully on tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes. + Teamwork: We operate on a production line with multiple people, where one person’s activities impact others’.
