**Job Description**
Veolia Spain is seeking to hire a Lawyer reporting to the Head of Legal Advisory for the Northern Region, based at our offices in Zamudio, Biscay.
Responsibilities:
* **Comprehensive Management and Support for Public Tenders:** Planning, coordination, and preparation of bids for public tenders, ensuring legal compliance throughout all stages of the process.
* **Analysis of Tender Documents and Business Advisory:** Addressing legal queries regarding tender specifications and providing direct legal advice to commercial teams during bid submission and information requests.
* **Drafting Risk Notes and Appeals:** Preparing legal risk notes for bids and drafting complaints and appeals, particularly under administrative and administrative litigation procedures.
* **Drafting and Reviewing Commercial Contracts:** Analyzing, drafting, and reviewing all types of civil and commercial contracts (construction, services, leases, NDAs) related to business operations, as well as monitoring their subsequent execution.
* **Procedural Monitoring and Advancement:** Continuously coordinating, advancing, and tracking all administrative proceedings, submitted bids, signed contracts, and ongoing complaints.
**Requirements**
* **Required Qualification (Mandatory):** Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Law.
* **Desirable Qualification:** Professional internships at law firms, notary offices, internal legal advisory departments of companies, or within public administration and governmental agencies.
* **Prior Experience:** Prior experience is desirable but not mandatory (open to junior profiles).
Valuable Factors:
* Knowledge of Intellectual and Industrial Property law.
* Prior experience in public sector contracting.
* Possession of a disability certificate indicating a disability level exceeding 33%.
