Professional development plan and continuous training At **Grupo Ership**, a maritime transport sector company, we are looking for a **Technical Operations Supervisor** for our **Operations** division located in **Avilés (Asturias).** **Job Mission:** Ensure operational excellence in port and logistics activities, guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards through collaboration with internal and external teams. **What We Offer:** * **Competitive compensation** aligned with your experience. * **Flexible remuneration system:** meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, mobility options, and health insurance. * **Indefinite contract** and full-time schedule. * **Flexible working hours** Monday to Friday (occasional weekend availability required). * **Professional development plan and continuous training.** **Responsibilities:** Reporting directly to the Delegate, you will be responsible for: * Supervising and coordinating teams, scheduling shifts, and ensuring proper machinery usage and adherence to technical instructions. * Ensuring operational excellence in key processes (vessel operations, ship agency services, customs, and warehousing), resolving incidents and promoting continuous improvement. * Maintaining documentary records and preparing cost reports according to internal and quality standards. * Collaborating with local teams, other delegations, and external partners on innovation and optimization projects. * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across all operations. * Managing client relationships, ensuring objectives and expectations are met, and providing administrative and operational support. **Profile:** * **Education:** University degree or higher vocational training (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics). * **Experience:** \+ 3 years in similar roles and/or team management. * **Languages:** Professional English (minimum B2\). * **Competencies:** Organization, leadership, and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. * **Others:** Proficiency in Office and SAP; valid driving license class B. A Master’s degree in Logistics and experience in Offshore, Oil & Gas, or maritime transport sectors are valued.
