




Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineering Studies and Projects Technician to handle public and private construction contract tenders, analyzing their technical and economic feasibility. Opportunity to work on civil engineering tender submissions. **Description:** ---------------- At Hozono Global, we seek to incorporate a detail-oriented, talented individual into our **Civil Engineering Studies and Projects** team at our Murcia offices, with the objective of securing construction contracts—both public and private. Within this department, all types of public works projects are analyzed and studied (e.g., urban developments, hydraulic works, road and highway construction, large-scale structures, etc.). These are examined from both technical and economic perspectives, assessing execution feasibility, schedule estimation, constraints, work programming, etc. Your daily responsibilities will include critical tasks essential to the success of our tender submissions: * Drafting technical reports for public tenders * Developing work schedules, Gantt charts, PERT diagrams, etc. * Preparing environmental reports for construction projects * Quality control of units subject to inspection on site * Analyzing project improvements * Reviewing project documentation * Studying and analyzing construction costs in tender submissions: contacting suppliers and subcontractors, requesting pricing information and material costs, unit cost estimates, etc. * Comprehensive review of full project documentation and verification of measurements Software used: * Presto/Arquimides — company cost planning and control software * AutoCAD — graphic design software * Microsoft Project — work scheduling software **What We Offer?** * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30–17:30; Friday, 8:30–15:00 * Intensive working hours in July and August * Joining a professional, dynamic, and collaborative team. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** * Technical Engineer in Public Works * Civil Engineer * Civil Engineer specializing in Roads, Canals, and Ports **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, e.g., Studies and Valuation Technician in a construction company. * Knowledge of technical documentation design and assembly, construction planning and organization, and 3D software such as SketchUp, Infraworks 360, Civil 3D for detailed infrastructure design, and Navisworks for construction coordination and simulation—or similar tools—will be valued. * Advanced level of English. * Experience using software such as AutoCAD, Presto, MS Project, BIM, Revit, and Office.
