Responsibilities: * Carry out masonry work on new construction, rehabilitation, and renovation projects, ensuring finish quality and compliance with scheduled deadlines. * Perform foundation, structural, partitioning, cladding, plastering, tiling, and finishing works. * Interpret technical drawings and documentation to correctly execute assigned tasks. * Coordinate and organize daily tasks in collaboration with the site supervisor or project manager. * Operate construction tools and machinery according to established procedures. * Collaborate with other trades to ensure proper project development. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Guarantee execution quality and appropriate use of materials and resources. Requirements * Proven experience as a First-Class Skilled Worker on building, rehabilitation, or renovation projects. * Solid knowledge of masonry and finishing execution. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation. * Experience coordinating tasks and organizing teams on site. * Occupational Health and Safety Training Course related to the construction sector. * Crane operator license highly valued. * Driver's license and personal vehicle highly valued. * Residence in Albacete or surrounding areas.
