Funciones del puesto: * Revisión y manejo del aparataje necesario para la intervención. * Velar por el cumplimiento estricto de los principios fundamentales de la asepsia durante todo el procedimiento. Crear y mantener un medio seguro y cómodo para el paciente. * Conectar los diversos equipos eléctricos, y comprobar su correcto funcionamiento, así como monitorizar al paciente. * Preparar material quirúrgico junto a la enfermera instrumentista. * Recibir al paciente iniciando la verificación quirúrgica (check list), identificándose e identificándolo, verificándolo con el parte diario de operaciones, mitigando en lo posible su ansiedad y temor. * Supervisar y controlar que el paciente llega a quirófano en las condiciones higiénicas demandadas y protocolo pre\-quirúrgico realizado. Recibir, registrar y cursar cualquier muestra intraoperatoria que se le entregue. * Colaborar con el equipo de anestesia en la inducción, mantenimiento y reversión anestésica, además de en todas las maniobras que lo requieran. * Realizar recuento de gasas y/o compresas antes de que se proceda al cierre quirúrgico, coordinada con la Enfermera Instrumentista. * Controlar durante la intervención el funcionamiento de los distintos sistemas de aspiración, bisturí eléctrico, luces, monitores. * Trasladar al paciente a la Unidad de recuperación Postquirúrgica (URPA), dándole un relevo completo a la enfermera de dicha unidad y dejando monitorizado al paciente. * Revisar periódicamente las fechas de caducidad del material fungible y medicación que recepciona y almacena. * Cumplimentar y realizar registros de los implantes utilizados. * Informar a los responsables de quirófanos de cuantas incidencias hayan tenido lugar durante la sesión quirúrgica. **Requisitos:** --------------- * Diplomatura/Grado en Enfermería. * Colegiación
