We offer a stimulating work environment where you can advance your professional career and contribute to large-scale projects. **Job Description:** This is a generalist, multidisciplinary position requiring active participation across all phases of a project’s life cycle. The selected candidate will play a critical role—from initial concept and technical design through manufacturing, testing, documentation, installation, and commissioning of equipment. You will work closely with various departments—including Sales, Production, Procurement, Automation, and Project Management—providing continuous technical support throughout project execution. **Key Responsibilities:** Key functions for this position include, but are not limited to: * **Design and Sizing:** Perform design and sizing of water treatment equipment and installations, ensuring optimization and efficiency of solutions. * **Preparation of Technical Documentation:** Create and manage hydraulic schematics, process flow diagrams, P\&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and all other technical documentation required for project development and execution. * **Component Selection:** Carry out selection and specification of key components such as pumps, valves, and membranes, ensuring suitability for each specific application. * **Technical Support:** Provide expert technical assistance to Sales and Production departments, resolving queries and offering solutions to emerging challenges. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments involved in projects to ensure smooth and successful execution. * **Project Management:** Actively participate in project management—from requirement definition to final delivery—ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. * **Testing and Commissioning:** Collaborate in planning and executing equipment and installation tests, as well as commissioning at customer sites. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for improvement in design and manufacturing processes, and propose innovative solutions. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Naval, or related field). * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably within the water treatment sector or industrial machinery design. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Solid knowledge of hydraulics and fluid mechanics. * Experience in equipment and system design. * Proficiency in preparing hydraulic schematics, process flow diagrams, and P\&ID. * Familiarity with industrial components (pumps, valves, instrumentation). * Proficiency with CAD design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.). * Experience in industrial, marine, or aquaculture applications is an advantage. * **Skills:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. * Attention to detail and work rigor. * **Languages:** English proficiency is valued. **We Offer:** * Employment with an established and growing company. * Involvement in challenging, technologically advanced projects. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * A positive work environment within a professional and collaborative team. * Gross Annual Salary: 26\.000€ If you meet the requirements and are seeking a new professional challenge in the water treatment sector, we encourage you to join our team.
