Join a dynamic and continuously growing team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Installation and dismantling of solar structures, including trackers and associated components. * Replacement and repair of motors and other electromechanical components of solar trackers. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at photovoltaic plants. * Interpreting technical drawings and schematics for correct assembly of structures. * Ensuring safety and quality across all installation and maintenance operations. * Collaborating with the team to meet project execution deadlines. * Operating tools and machinery specifically designed for metallic structure installation. * Strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in solar structure installation and/or related electromechanical work. * 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training certification. * Certified or documented experience in working at heights. * Knowledge and experience regarding electrical hazards. * Experience in installation and maintenance of metallic structures. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team. * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as required by projects. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Vocational training (FP) in Electricity, Electromechanics, Machining, or similar fields. * Specific experience in solar tracker installation and repair. * Familiarity with various photovoltaic structure types. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Language skills (English or others). **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the renewable energy sector. * Permanent contract and professional growth prospects. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Ongoing training and learning opportunities. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * The chance to participate in innovative, large-scale projects.
