Quality Manager

Description

Ensure that manufactured products comply with established quality standards, legal regulations, and customer expectations through the implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement of the quality management system. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and maintain the quality management system. * Supervise quality controls at various stages of the stove manufacturing process. * Coordinate internal inspections and external audits. * Manage nonconformities, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans. * Define and update procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. * Train staff on quality-related topics and good manufacturing practices. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical and safety regulations for the product. * Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement departments to improve product quality. * Monitor key quality indicators (KPIs). * Manage technical documentation and quality records. **Position Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within industrial environments. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
