We operate across more than 150 centers and services in areas including mental health, neurorehabilitation, elderly care, dependency support, social emergencies, homelessness, child protection, and social education. Currently, we are seeking an Educational Technical Assistant to join our center located in El Escorial. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? Facilitate group dynamics by assigning tasks to users, ensuring smooth group functioning and positive coexistence within the center. Monitor the group to ensure scheduled activities and assigned tasks are carried out according to established timetables. Supervise users’ hygiene and dietary habits through active accompaniment. Conduct and support group workshops and activities. Provide emotional, verbal, and physical containment to users during episodes of agitation, self-harm, or hetero-aggressive situations. Accompany users to hospital appointments when referrals occur. Re-educate users—where appropriate and based on individual profiles and characteristics—to normalize everyday aspects of their lives. During night shifts, conduct room rounds to monitor adherence to users’ rest schedules. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Academic background in social fields related to adolescent group management (e.g., Social Education, Social Integration) In-depth knowledge of your specialty Experience working with children and/or adolescents Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary teams WHAT DO WE OFFER?
