Job Description We are seeking Production Operators to join our team in different areas of the plant, both at the beginning of the production process (Front\-End) and in the final palletizing phase (Palletizer). Selected candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining assigned automatic machinery, ensuring compliance with the efficiency, quality, safety, and food safety standards established by the Company. Main Responsibilities **Depending on the assigned area (Front\-End or Palletizing):** Operate and adjust automatic production machinery (presses, conveyors, washers, or palletizers) according to process specifications to ensure product quality. Monitor equipment operating parameters and perform adjustments or minor repairs to ensure continuous operation. Report anomalies, breakdowns, deficiencies, or unsafe conditions to the shift supervisor or maintenance personnel. Assist in tooling changes and necessary adjustments based on product type and production schedule. Perform cleaning, organization, and preventive maintenance tasks corresponding to their area.
