Responsibilities • Prepares the annual driver roster and develops daily service schedules. * Authorizes shift changes, days off, vacations, medical leaves, public holidays, etc. * Coordinates fraud inspection planning and supervises compliance with inspection data requirements stipulated in the quality plan. * Coordinates manual data extraction when automatic downloads from ticket vending machines fail. * Controls and schedules monthly internal and external bus cleaning. * Monitors and manages vehicle departures and arrivals. * Participates in driver recruitment and training, delivering necessary resources (tickets, cash, rosters) and employment contracts. * Plans, organizes, and assigns courses, medical examinations, etc. * Supports drivers by resolving queries and providing information. * Provides information to resolve complaints. * Collaborates in scheduling and managing vehicle standstills. * Responds to emergency requests by activating established procedures and coordinating with relevant departments. * Plans route or timetable deviations and adjustments resulting from incidents or scheduled road closures. * Maintains daily documentation records (accident reports, incident reports, complaints, etc.) and forwards them to respective departments. * Conducts accident and incident analysis. * Collaborates with the Operations Manager and Planning Department in defining and proposing services to clients (including improvement proposals). * Generates SAE loading files for drivers, buses, and planned incidents. Requirements • Vocational Training Intermediate Level / Vocational Training Advanced Level / Bachelor’s Degree / University Degree * Formal education in Transport and Logistics or Service Management * Office software proficiency: Advanced level * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in a similar role Offer \- Permanent full-time contract * Start date: 09/01/2026 * Monday to Sunday, 09:00–18:00, including lunch break
