




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical profile with experience in ITIL-based service and incident management to supervise IT support, coordinate teams, and participate in continuous improvement projects. We require a technical profile with experience in ITIL-based service and incident management, with 2–3 years’ experience as an IT supervisor or in similar roles related to the management of IT support projects and services. This position reports directly to the Manager. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring, coordination, and prioritization of incidents received throughout their lifecycle in our JIRA Service Management platform. * Management and coordination of the technical team: workload distribution, vacation planning and shift scheduling, periodic performance evaluations, training initiatives, organization of remote and on-site services. * Direct client liaison – assistance / scheduling of meetings. * Preparation and drafting of service reports for internal meetings and/or client meetings. * Collaboration in drafting technical proposals and participation in pre-sales of solutions and services. * Identification of new business opportunities related to services. * Participation in project management and execution. * Continuous improvement of operations and analysis of service levels / KPIs. * Collaboration in preparing reports for service billing. * Ensuring operational and service documentation is organized and up to date. * Collaboration in candidate interviews for the service. **Technical Experience in:** * Microsoft 365 * Technical support for computers and devices * Infrastructure: Windows/Linux system administration, VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft Server, Microsoft SQL Server, data storage. * Networks and communications: switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi * Cybersecurity: antivirus, backups * Implementation of IT support services at the workplace and systems administration Consulting projects, equipment deployment, cloud migrations WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Good working atmosphere and team-oriented work culture surrounded by experienced professionals who will accompany you throughout your journey with the company. * Continuous training and learning. * Real opportunities for professional development and growth. - Flexible compensation plan (subscription to services – health insurance, childcare, transportation, meals, life insurance – enabling tax savings). * Competitive salary.
