Your main responsibilities will include: * Leading and/or collaborating in the development of new processes, making decisions on the integration of advanced technologies and ensuring alignment with launch objectives, guaranteeing safety, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. * Independently leading process reengineering initiatives for complex processes using advanced methodologies to ensure capacity, quality, and efficiency, minimizing costs and risks while ensuring plant safety. * Supervising, creating, and updating documentation (HO, PFMEA, Layouts, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards (ISO, IPC, etc.), health and safety requirements, etc. * Independently leading advanced problem-solving analyses to resolve plant incidents, designing and implementing innovative solutions. * Strategically analyzing macro-level performance data (KPIs), identifying trends, and proposing long-term improvement strategies based on key plant metrics. * Preparing presentations and/or reports to highlight areas for improvement as well as implemented projects or actions, assessing their impact on departmental indicators. * Independently managing and coordinating multidisciplinary projects. * Acting as the primary liaison with other departments to align production processes with corporate objectives and ensure smooth communication, while establishing robust processes for multidisciplinary problem resolution. * Participating in training programs focused on production processes to strengthen technical knowledge, improve operational efficiency, and foster cross-functional collaboration. * Identifying, evaluating, and implementing necessary tooling and equipment within the process. * Participating in all tasks required to achieve positive outcomes in both internal and external audits, as well as conducting internal process audits. * Defining specific process workflows aligned with involved departments. * Researching and staying updated on changes and developments in the industry (trends, new certifications, machinery, suppliers, etc.) by attending trade fairs, supplier visits, and machinery acceptance tests, among others. **We are looking for candidates with:** * **Academic background**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Organization Engineering. Complementary training in Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems, or similar. * **Professional experience**: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, defining industrial processes and/or implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques.
