We operate across more than 150 centers and services in the fields of mental health, neurorehabilitation, elderly care, dependency support, social emergencies, homelessness, child protection, and social education. Currently, we are seeking an Educational Technical Assistant to join our CAS MARTINEZ BUJANDA II center for minors with intellectual disabilities, located in El Escorial. WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS? Facilitate group activities by assigning tasks to users, ensuring smooth operation of the group and positive coexistence within the center. Monitor the group to ensure assigned activities and tasks are carried out according to established schedules. Supervise users’ hygiene and dietary habits through active accompaniment. Conduct and support group workshops and dynamics. Provide emotional, verbal, and physical containment to users during episodes of agitation, self-harm, or hetero-aggressive situations. Accompany users to hospitals when referrals occur. Re-educate users—where appropriate and based on their individual profile and characteristics—to normalize everyday aspects of their lives. During night shifts, conduct room rounds to monitor adherence to users’ rest routines. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
