We are currently looking to hire a **Customer Service Specialist** with advanced proficiency in Spanish and English for our team in Valencia. **Requirements** * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and accurately explain technical information * B2\+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher level in both Spanish and English * Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills * Advanced proficiency in computer tools and office software * Ability to learn and adapt * Teamwork capability * Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory **Responsibilities** * Customer support and advisory services regarding services, configurations, and tariffs * Resolution of basic incidents (data errors, configuration or access issues) * Handling inquiries via chat, telephone calls, email, and web forms * Tracking and proper management of requests **Conditions** * Employment contract * Paid training during the probationary period * 22 paid working days of vacation per year * On-site office work * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00\) If you meet the requirements and wish to join a stable project within an international company, we would be delighted to receive your application.
