Your main responsibilities: * Strategic Management: Plan and adapt the annual training plan according to needs identified at each store and HR priorities. * Operational Coordination: Tutor training sessions (in-person, online, and virtual classroom), manage media logistics, and coordinate training schedules with trainer managers. * Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic reports, track KPIs, and design dashboards (Tableau, Looker) to optimize departmental participation and efficiency. * Regulatory Compliance: Manage subsidized training (Fundae/Tripartite) and supervise training and apprenticeship contracts. - Stakeholder Engagement and Continuous Improvement: Participate in management committees to present results, deliver "Train-the-Trainer" sessions, and channel store suggestions for future plans. * Special Projects: Lead training retroplanning for new store openings and strategic projects.
