We aim to expand our team with professionals at various experience levels (junior, middle, or senior), fulfilling either technical or management/leadership roles. **Responsibilities:** * Perform structural analyses (static, dynamic, and fatigue) of aerospace components using analytical methodologies and Finite Element Method (FEM) tools. * Develop models and simulations to evaluate material and assembly strength, deformation, and behavior. * Prepare technical reports, calculation documentation, and design justifications compliant with applicable standards. * Interpret, use, and validate results derived from finite element models. * Propose and develop automation scripts for calculation processes or for preparation and management of derived results. * Participate in internal and customer technical reviews. Prior participation in aerospace sector projects is highly valued but not mandatory. Candidates with experience in other sectors are also welcome. * Proficiency in FEM software such as Nastran, Hyperworks, or Abaqus. * Proficiency in client-specific software such as Legacy Tools and/or ISAMI. * Programming language knowledge, e.g., Python, VBA, or C\+\+. * Knowledge of AI (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, surrogate models, etc.). * Advanced English proficiency (minimum CEFR level B2\). * Proactivity and strong teamwork skills. \#LI\-EC1
