Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Stack PHP Developer with Laravel experience to join an MVP-phase project, actively contributing to product development and progressing toward increased technical responsibility. Growth toward greater technical responsibility and autonomy. Groenlandia is a digital platform focused on businesses, currently growing and developing an ecosystem of websites. We seek to onboard **a Full-Stack PHP Developer** with Laravel experience to work on the development of our multi\-vendor marketplace. The project is in the MVP phase, with a defined technical foundation already in place (PHP 8\.3\+, Laravel, Vue, and Docker), and proprietary modules under active development. You will work directly with the CTO within a small technical team, actively participating in product development and progressing toward greater technical responsibility. **IMPORTANT** We seek a candidate with proven Laravel experience, autonomy, and enthusiasm to engage deeply in an early-stage project—delivering value from day one and adapting to an evolving environment. **What You’ll Do:** **Backend Development** * Implement features using Laravel * Design and implement business logic * Integrate with external APIs (payments, logistics, services) * Optimize and maintain code **Frontend Development** * Participate in development using Vue / JavaScript * Implement user interfaces and UX improvements * Integrate frontend and backend **Product & Continuous Improvement** * Resolve technical incidents * Continuously improve the system * Participate in technical product decisions * Evolve proprietary marketplace modules **Role Evolution** This position is designed to grow into: * Greater responsibility in technical decision-making * Oversight of external development * Increased autonomy in feature management * Participation in product evolution **What We’re Looking For:** * 2–4 years of hands-on Laravel experience * Experience working with REST APIs * Knowledge of modern frontend technologies (Vue, React, or JavaScript) * Experience in real-world web projects (e-commerce experience is a plus) * Docker knowledge (a plus) * Bagisto experience (a plus) * Ability to work autonomously * Interest in understanding the product—not just executing tasks * Problem-solving mindset and results orientation * Desire to grow into greater technical responsibility **This Role Is Not For You If:** * You seek a fully guided junior role * You lack hands-on Laravel experience * You prefer highly structured or corporate environments * You’re not interested in assuming increasing responsibility over time **What We Offer:** * Direct involvement in a real product from its early stages * Impact on technical decisions and product evolution * Direct collaboration with the CTO * Agile, non-bureaucratic technical environment * Growth path toward greater technical responsibility **Conditions** * Permanent contract * Full-time position * On-site work in Móstoles (hybrid option possible medium-term) * Flexible working hours (start time between 8:00 and 9:30\) If you’re motivated to work on a real product, influence technical decisions, and grow as a developer in an agile environment, we’d love to meet you.
