Production Assistant / Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel for an operational position in an industrial environment in Seseña. The main responsibility is to support the production line by participating in product manufacturing and preparation, ensuring an organized and safe workflow. A clear routine and hands-on learning are valued as the foundation for professional development in this sector. Daily tasks include operating and supporting industrial machinery, preparing orders, handling materials, palletizing, and performing loading and unloading operations. Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace is also required to ensure an efficient and safe working environment. All of this guarantees that the final product is delivered correctly and on time. **Working hours follow a weekly rotating shift schedule:** morning shift from 6:00 to 14:00 and afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00, facilitating personal life planning. A temporary contract of three to six months is offered, managed by a temporary employment agency, with a genuine opportunity to transition to a permanent position. Remuneration is €17.094 gross per year, plus additional compensation for overtime hours. Mandatory requirements for this position include prior experience in production or industrial environments, as well as a forklift operator license. A proactive attitude, willingness to work and learn, and full availability to adapt to the established rotating shift system will be positively considered.
