If you seek stability, professional development, and the opportunity to join a committed team… this is your place. **What will you do on a daily basis?** As a Team Supervisor, your main mission will be to coordinate operational assignments, resolve incidents, manage your team, and ensure proper client relationship management—contributing to organizational growth. **The challenges you will face:** You will define the required workforce for assignments and organize workstations. You will monitor part conformity. You will identify non-conformities as well as deviations, and implement preventive or corrective actions. You will perform administrative follow-up of assignments. You will report to the Site Manager on assignment status and any incidents that arise. **What will help you succeed?** Immediate incorporation Experience in a logistics environment Team management experience **Work shifts** Monday to Friday, rotating.
