Food Production Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel to work on the food production line in Los Yébenes (Toledo). The main responsibility is to actively participate in the manufacturing of food products, ensuring that production processes are smooth and efficient. It is essential to maintain the quality and hygiene standards required by the industry, paying close attention to detail in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include handling raw materials, operating specialized equipment, and continuously monitoring each production phase to promptly correct any deviations. Work is carried out in teams, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve a coordinated environment. Additionally, one must adapt to changes in pace and tasks, always under the supervision of the line supervisor. Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety is critical in this regulated sector, ensuring products reach consumers in perfect condition. A personal vehicle is required to facilitate commuting to the workplace, as the location may involve travel. At least one year of prior experience in production lines is mandatory, preferably within the food industry, where practical knowledge of manufacturing processes has been acquired. Immediate availability to start the position is essential, as production needs demand rapid adaptation. No specific formal education is required; however, the ability to learn quickly and follow instructions rigorously and efficiently in an industrial setting is highly valued.
