We are currently seeking a **Payroll Technician** to join our International Payroll Team, based at our **Getafe (Madrid)** office. **What will your responsibilities be?** Ensure compliant payroll processing for approximately 400 employees, supported by an external provider. * Payroll preparation (collection of time records and variable data) * Implementation of new salary tables and registers * Payroll reconciliation * Monitoring and payment of trade union dues * Monthly IRPF withholding * Social security contributions * Preparation of work calendars * Responding to HR team queries and requests regarding costs, information, job categories, salaries, labor matters, and legal compliance * Handling payroll complaints and employee inquiries * Monitoring sick leave absences * Occupational accident mutual insurance **What do we offer?** * Job stability.
