Production Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel for production tasks at an industrial sector company located in the Noez area. Responsibilities include performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment and facilities; diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures; and proposing effective solutions. Intervention is also required on equipment such as pumps, agitators, blowers, compressors, valves, and process systems, as well as supporting inspection and monitoring of equipment condition. Other responsibilities include recording work orders in the GMAO/CMMS system; collaborating in failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives; supervising subcontracted companies’ work when necessary; identifying or reporting hazards or unsafe conditions on-site; and other duties inherent to the position. The contract is temporary, full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 06:00 and 22:00 hours, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance. * We seek a candidate capable of diagnosing and resolving failures. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * A vehicle is required for commuting. * Availability to perform on-call duties. * Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio or Superior) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, or related fields. \- Knowledge of electromechanical equipment and industrial processes.
