Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide support in industrial engineering and technical documentation, managing communication and support for international delegates, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requires excellent English and vocational training (FP) in Metal, Mechanical Engineering, or Production. We need a professional to support industrial engineering and technical documentation in Móstoles. This position is critical for managing communication and supporting our delegates in France and England. Your work will ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, serving as the liaison between our international commercial representatives and internal departments. You will supervise and ensure the correct execution of orders, maintaining constant and effective communication to resolve incidents and optimize processes. Responsibilities include attending to delegates by telephone and email, providing prompt and accurate responses. You will also conduct thorough follow-up on assigned customer orders, ensuring compliance with deadlines and specifications. Additionally, you will perform various essential daily administrative tasks required for overall operations. Coordination with other departments—such as production, logistics, and sales—will be fundamental. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are expected. Excellent spoken and written English is required for communication with delegates in England. French language knowledge is an asset. Vocational training (FP1 or FP2\) in Metal, Mechanical Engineering, or Production is required. You must possess extensive computer knowledge and advanced proficiency in office software. Ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD knowledge, and strong organizational skills are desirable. The contract is temporary, full-time, with intensive working hours during summer. Vocational training (FP1 or FP2\) in Metal, Mechanical Engineering, or Production. Excellent level of English (spoken and written). Extensive computer knowledge and office software proficiency. Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD knowledge are desirable. French language skills are desirable. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
