The Industrial Maintenance Assistant position involves active participation in maintenance operations within a workshop environment. Key responsibilities focus on ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. This includes regular machine inspections to identify potential failures, performing minor adjustments, and collaborating on more complex repairs under supervision. Inventory control of tools, spare parts, and materials is a fundamental part of the role, ensuring all necessary items are available and properly organized to support operational efficiency. Additionally, the safe and timely operation of light machinery—such as pallet trucks and stackers—is an integral part of daily tasks for material handling within the workshop. Teamwork is essential, as constant support is required for more experienced technicians, collaborating across various tasks and learning from their practical expertise. Strict compliance with all established safety regulations and maintaining an orderly and clean workplace are absolute priorities to prevent accidents and ensure smooth workflow. The offered salary is €21,083 gross per year, equivalent to approximately €11.71 gross per hour. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00, with occasional rotation to an afternoon shift. Weekends are free. On-the-job continuous training is provided, allowing the professional to develop skills alongside the Maintenance Manager. Previous verifiable experience in industrial maintenance or workshop environments is required. A forklift operator license or certification for operating pallet trucks and similar light machinery is desirable. No specific academic qualification is mandatory, although basic technical knowledge is valued. The ideal candidate must be able to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and commit to safety regulations.
