We seek to hire **an organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused Administrative Assistant** to support daily administrative and operational management at our offices in Móstoles. **What You Will Do:** * Physical and digital document management: filing, purchase and sales files, among others. * Auxiliary treasury operations: preparation and tracking of collections and payments, as well as movement control. * Support in creditor management and general services. * Assistance with basic accounting tasks. * Periodic preparation of documents, reports, and summaries. * Telephone reception and email management. * Data updates in ERP/CRM systems. * Calendar management and general administrative support. **What We Are Looking For:** * Higher Technician in Administrative Management or equivalent qualification. * Prior experience in administrative functions—particularly in document management and file updating—is highly valued. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate/advanced level). * Basic knowledge of accounting and auxiliary treasury operations. * Basic skills with ERP/CRM tools and AI applications. * Basic knowledge of e-commerce and marketplaces. * High proficiency in Spanish and basic English with administrative and/or commercial vocabulary. * Strong organizational and planning abilities. * Attention to detail and responsibility. * Good communication skills and digital adaptability. * Confidentiality in handling sensitive information. * Capacity for continuous learning. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a professional team. * A dynamic and growing work environment. * A positive work atmosphere. **Conditions** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * On-site work in Móstoles (Madrid). * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:30; Friday, 09:00–15:00\.
