Flexibility in changing priorities and adaptability **Description** --------------- The Collections and Settlements Department is responsible for managing cash flow through activities including allocation of customer payments, processing premium payments to the Insurance Panel, settlement control, bank reconciliations, collections management, issue resolution, among others, in compliance with the operational excellence model and utilizing various corporate tools. This team works in coordination with other Business Support areas that deliver services across all business lines and geographies. **The Role** * We are currently seeking a temporary back-office administrator to perform the following responsibilities: * Internal/external customer service and liaison with other agents; * Monitoring and follow-up on outstanding receivables; * Recording and updating payment information in our brokerage system; * Close collaboration with business teams to resolve billing/payment-related issues; * Preparation of periodic debt status reports, proposing corrective actions, and reporting successfully implemented measures. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements** * Intermediate or higher education degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields; * Experience in similar roles; * Excellent ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, organizational skills, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued; * Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel) is essential; * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; * Flexibility in adjusting priorities and adapting to day-to-day requirements; * Experience in insurance sector back-office operations and familiarity with brokerage or financial ERP software will be considered an advantage. *We’re committed to equal employment opportunity and provide application, interview and workplace adjustments and accommodations to all applicants.
