MECHANICAL WORKSHOP MANAGER - Premium Automotive Brand

A rapidly growing company in the **automotive sector**, with offices in Barcelona and Madrid, boasting over 45 years of experience. We are seeking a **Mechanical Workshop Manager** for our Madrid office (Leganés). We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience leading workshops for luxury brands or official dealerships, accustomed to teamwork, highly organized, and capable of leading, anticipating situations, motivating, and evaluating a team of 6\-9 highly skilled technicians. Proactive attitude and ability to resolve incidents autonomously. Solid experience with premium vehicles, focused on technical excellence and attention to detail, to join our specialized team. RESPONSIBILITIES: * **KPI Optimization**: Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and delivery times. * **Quality Control**: Ensure strict compliance with the brand's international standards. * **Customer Management**: Resolve complex incidents and guarantee a premium customer experience. * **Safety and Compliance**: Oversee risk prevention and facility maintenance. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury-brand or official-dealership workshops. * Demonstrable experience with premium or high-end vehicles. * Education: Mechanical Engineering degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Automotive Engineering. * Skills: Assertive leadership, executive communication, and strong problem-solving ability. * Knowledge: Proficiency in workshop management software (DMS) and continuous improvement methodologies. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Specific experience with Porsche or sports cars. * Experience in vehicle restorations or precision mechanics. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a specialized environment. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 08:00 \- 17:00, including lunch break. SKILLS: Positive, proactive attitude and commitment; strong communication skills.
