Your responsibilities will include: * Publishing and managing job openings across various recruitment channels. * Identifying, attracting, and acquiring talent both nationally and internationally. * Coordinating relationships and collaboration with specialized vendors. * Conducting CV screening and carrying out selection interviews. * Designing and coordinating onboarding processes that support positive integration. * Participating in training, talent development, and talent management initiatives. * Driving continuous improvement actions aimed at optimizing the candidate experience and selection processes. **What are we looking for in your profile?** * Degree in Psychology. * 2–4 years of experience in recruitment. * Fluency in English. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to identify talent. * Attention to detail, quality orientation, autonomy, and organizational skills.
