Team management and continuous process improvement A carpentry-sector company is looking to hire a WORKSHOP MANAGER to carry out installation and assembly work in residential and commercial premises. Main Responsibilities: * Organizing and supervising manufacturing tasks. * Planning production and assigning tasks to staff. * Quality control of completed work. * Management of materials, tools, and machinery. * Interpretation of blueprints and project tracking. * Supervision of compliance with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. * Resolving incidents and continuously improving production processes. * Interpretation of blueprints and component drawings. * On-site final adjustments and finishing touches. * Use of manual and electric tools. * Final quality and finish verification. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in woodworking and team management. * Design and development of custom furniture using **AutoCAD or similar software.** * Advanced knowledge of custom furniture and carpentry element manufacturing. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation. * Experience operating conventional and CNC machinery. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Responsible, detail-oriented individual with a strong teamwork attitude.
