The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. Responsibilities * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and supervise the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
