At Carglass® , we are looking for a Picker for our Distribution Center in Ciempozuelos , ensuring orders are prepared and managed with maximum quality and efficiency. We offer a temporary contract to cover a medical leave. Your Mission Supply materials requested by customers following internal procedures and established standards, contributing to the proper functioning of distribution. Main Responsibilities Prepare orders according to delivery notes generated by logistics. Place incoming materials according to delivery notes. Report incidents (e.g., missing materials, inventory errors) to the warehouse manager. **If you hold a forklift license:** Move boxes between bulk and pick locations. Unloading incoming trucks and loading outbound shipments. Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse. Perform all necessary auxiliary activities to ensure successful job performance. What Are We Looking For? **Education:** Vocational Training (FP) or equivalent. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Training in environmental matters, quality, and occupational health and safety (PRL), or willingness to acquire it. **Minimum Experience:** 6 months in a warehouse setting. **Key Competencies:** Teamwork, results orientation, initiative, flexibility, internal customer orientation, self-motivation, and quality execution.
