In July and August, you will enjoy a continuous schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **What will you be doing?** Reporting to Management, you will be responsible for **leading, supervising, and managing the Software Development Department**, composed of six people, across the various **R&D projects** defined by the company. Your main responsibilities will include: * Planning and supervising departmental development activities. * Actively participating in defining R&D projects. * Researching, proposing, and developing R&D projects. * Leading and coordinating the team on software projects. * Managing incidents and maintaining client contact regarding commercialized software products. **What will make you successful in this position?** * We seek a professional with a university degree in related fields, preferably **Computer Engineering**, and a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role. * Extensive hands-on experience with **C#, .NET Core, Python, Odoo, PHP, and React**, along with experience using **SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases**, and server environments (**AWS and/or Azure**) is essential. * Knowledge and experience in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence, as well as a good level of English, will be highly valued. * And most importantly—you: a person with strong management and technical competencies, oriented toward innovation and continuous improvement, who can integrate into our project demonstrating commitment, leadership ability, and team spirit. **Apply now!
