Ametller Origen is a company in full expansion phase, where you’ll have the freedom to propose and implement new ideas and collaborate closely with the team. **What will be your mission at Ametller Origen?** Ensure the coordination and operation of your section to guarantee supply, commercial implementation, customer satisfaction, team satisfaction, and achievement of objectives. **How will you do it?** * You will be a role model for your team: You will support and monitor your team to ensure their training and growth. * You will collaborate on supply management and ensure the product flow from procurement to sale. * You will implement your section’s commercial actions to guarantee achievement of objectives. * You will support your supervisor in planning, team management, indicator tracking, and resolution of store incidents and needs. **What will make you succeed?** * Enthusiasm, motivation, and communication skills — enabling you to inspire your team, bring out everyone’s best, and position yourself as a leader. * Prior experience managing teams. * Your operational experience and vision in managing a section. Analytical ability and holistic vision to ensure commercial actions, resolve conflicts, and identify priorities at any given moment. * **What will the selection process be like?** In the first stage, you’ll have an interview with a recruitment specialist, during which we’ll explain the project, responsibilities, and conditions we can offer you. In the second stage, you’ll have an interview with the regional manager and/or regional supervisor, who will assess your technical expertise.
