Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and autonomous Receptionist to manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous professional development within a hotel chain. **Our hotel: Ibis Styles City Barcelona Bogatell** **Your mission:** **Welcome our guests with a smile!** * Guest check-in and check-out * Billing and payment processing * Afternoon and night shifts. You will cover the night receptionist’s days off **We offer:** * 40-hour weekly schedule with two consecutive days off. Intensive shift pattern. * Bonus of 5% of base salary after one year of service * Preferential rates across our network of establishments. * Continuous training **Your profile:** * Attentive to others and your surroundings: you help make our guests’ stay as flawless and unforgettable as possible by adding your personal touch! * Fluency in French, English, and Spanish is required * Minimum one year of relevant experience required * Solution-oriented and autonomous * Ability to work under pressure.
