At **Clave Group**, we are supporting a growing company focused on developing projects in the fields of energy and circular economy, in recruiting a Project \& Environment Coordinator for its team in Barcelona. The position arises at a critical juncture in consolidating the technical team, with a portfolio of ongoing projects requiring structure, tracking, and execution capability. This is a strategic role within a small team, offering high visibility and significant responsibility from day one. #### **Job Mission** The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and driving projects across two dimensions: * Organizational * Regulatory Ensuring their tracking, control, and proper development. They will work directly with the engineering team, providing: * Structure * Prioritization * Visibility Within a dynamic and flat organizational environment. #### **Main Responsibilities** **Project Coordination** * Tracking of planning, milestones, and deliverables * Preparation of structured reporting (status, risks, next steps) * Identification of deviations and resolution of critical bottlenecks * Coordination of internal and external teams **Permitting and Regulatory Environment** * Tracking of environmental and construction licensing processes * Preparation and coordination of documentation for public authorities * Liaison with public administrations and relevant stakeholders **Cross-functional Support** * Organization of meetings and follow-up of action items * Support in investor reporting and project documentation * Document management and control of key information #### **Required Profile** We seek a hybrid profile capable of operating across both project coordination and regulatory management. **Key Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related disciplines * 4–7 years’ experience in project environments * Combined experience in coordination and permitting * Knowledge of environmental and/or construction licensing processes in Spain * Ability to work autonomously in unstructured environments **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial settings * Knowledge of environmental regulations * Proficiency in project management tools #### **Key Competencies** * Action orientation and execution capability * Prioritization ability in multi-track environments * Autonomy and strong sense of responsibility * Analytical ability and risk management skills * Structured communication and reporting * Ability to liaise effectively with technical and administrative profiles * Adaptability to dynamic and demanding environments #### **What the Project Offers** * Join a growing initiative with medium- and long-term development potential * High visibility and significant responsibility from day one * Direct collaboration with senior technical team members * Real opportunities for progression into roles with greater responsibility * Flexible and hybrid work model We are seeking a candidate with sound judgment, drive, and motivation to be part of a project under construction.
