As an AI Trainer, your mission will be to train students in practical AI applications, ensuring they understand how to apply what they’ve learned within their professional context. Additionally, you’ll lead and coordinate the technical support team, guaranteeing high-quality assistance and a consistent, excellence-aligned learning experience—upholding Learning Heroes’ high standards. **What you’ll do (or, better yet, what you’ll enjoy)** ========================================================= * **Lead the training experience** for the program as trainer—delivering classes, guiding cohorts, and actively supporting students’ progress. * **Design exercises and projects, and evaluate final submissions**, ensuring content aligns with pedagogical objectives and program rigor. * **Create launch-specific materials** (documents, campaigns, and audiovisual assets), meeting deadlines while maintaining consistency with the product’s value proposition. * **Design and execute the monthly social media content calendar**, generating visibility and virality for the program in collaboration with Marketing.
