As a Creative Heroes Trainer, your mission will be to equip learners with practical, hands-on skills in applying artificial intelligence to creativity—ensuring each session seamlessly blends learning, experimentation, and real-world application. This role involves leading the in-class training experience, coordinating closely with the technical support team, and ensuring every learner receives a high-quality experience aligned with Learning Heroes’ values and pedagogical approach. **What you’ll do (or, better yet, what you’ll enjoy)** ========================================================= **INHOUSE TRAINER SPECIALIST** * **Content development:** Create and update instructional materials, ensuring relevance and alignment with the latest technological trends. * **Training delivery:** Conduct live or pre-recorded sessions that deliver interactive and meaningful learning experiences. * **Learning assessment:** Design and administer assessments to measure learner progress and provide constructive feedback. * **Active collaboration:** Work alongside other trainers and departments to optimize training programs. * **Learner support:** Promptly and effectively resolve learner questions, fostering a positive and transformative educational experience. **TECH SUPPORT MANAGER** * Lead, motivate, and supervise the technical support team. * Evaluate team performance and organize training to ensure high-quality service delivery. * Manage task allocation and ensure timely, accurate responses to learner inquiries. * Resolve advanced technical queries related to Artificial Intelligence, creativity, and associated topics. * Establish and oversee student support protocols to maintain consistency and excellence. * Identify opportunities to improve support processes and tools, implementing innovative solutions. * Collaborate with key departments (training, operations, marketing) to ensure content coherence and product updates. * Produce regular reports on support metrics and actively participate in strategic meetings.
