You will join a pleasant work environment with a committed team whose core values are integrity, collaboration, courage, and excellence. * **We’re waiting for you!** **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= Mission: Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing training programs, tools, and processes enabling sales teams and dealers to maximize their performance. Your primary objective is to ensure teams possess the necessary knowledge, resources, and skills to effectively sell intralogistics and software solutions. We seek a professional with technical/commercial experience in automated intralogistics solutions (e.g., automated warehouses and mobile robotics), available to travel across Spain and Portugal—and occasionally across Europe. **Key responsibilities:** * Training program development: Create and maintain training plans for sales and support teams, covering products, technological solutions, processes, and commercial skills. * Content management: Design and update enablement materials—including translations into Spanish and Portuguese (presentations, guides, playbooks, videos)—aligned with brand strategy. * Conduct dealer visits and deliver customized training plans, as well as provide ongoing support to the sales network. * **Analysis and continuous improvement:** Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using KPIs (e.g., ramp-up time, conversion rate, content usage). * Collaborate with technical teams to develop technical and commercial materials for both the sales network and distributors. * **Cross-departmental collaboration:** Work closely with Sales to consistently achieve training objectives. * **Annual Enablement planning responsibility.** * **Direct contact with Product Management/Training Department in Germany for content development and training organization.** * Participation in and support for event preparation. * Support the commercial team in developing standard documentation. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and track progress on each. * Ability to work effectively with distributors and direct customers. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. * **Education, Knowledge & Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Enablement or commercial training roles. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with intralogistics, automation, and WMS/ERP software solutions. * **Skills:** Effective communication, data analysis, results orientation. Non-regulated education / Languages / Specific knowledge: * Full proficiency in English—able to communicate fluently and precisely in professional contexts, including negotiation when required. * Ability to participate in relatively complex oral and/or written professional conversations. * Additional language skills (e.g., German, French) are highly valued. * Office software: Advanced Excel. * Technical: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD) for interpreting technical drawings. * Other: Additional training in commercial, technical, or managerial skills is advantageous. ✏️ **Competencies & Skills:** * Expertise in automation systems and logistics processes. * Knowledge of picking operations. * Commercial acumen and experience in consultative selling. * Cross-functional perspective and collaborative mindset.
